Curis Inc. is developing a small molecule agonist of Hedgehog signaling molecules for hair growth. Small molecule Hedgehog agonists can induce hair growth in animal models.

Curis entered into an R&D partnership with Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals to develop potential new hair loss treatment utilizing Curis' Hedgehog agonist technology.
